Use of this website and these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any claim relating to the use of the website shall be heard by Singapore Courts.

Check-In and Out Hours:

• Check-In Time: 2 pm
• Check-Out Time: 11 am
• 50% of bed/room rates will be chargeable for check-in between 0000hrs to 0700hrs or check-out between 1300hrs to 1800hrs
• Guests who arrive prior to check-in time may use our facilities or leave their bags with us whilst exploring the city. Likewise, guests with late flights or bus may leave baggage with us at no additional cost.
• Early check-in and/or late check-out will be subject to rooms availability

Children Policy:

• Children below the age of 12 have to stay in a private room (booking of the entire dorm) and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Privacy policy:

• The personal data provided is confidential and will not be shared with any other entity. The data will be added to our database only for statistical studies of the Hostel and to inform guests of future promotions, events and news.

Reservation Policies:

• All deposits paid are non-refundable.
• Once a deposit had been made, no cancellation is allowed.
• A valid passport & full payment is required upon check-in.
• We understand that the guest might not have Singapore currency for the payment if the guest allows we will accept foreign currency with 5% service charge.

No-show Policy:

• In case of a no-show, there will be no refund made.
• However, if the guest is able to provide a valid reason we do allow the guest to postpone the date once.

Normal Booking:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit via Paypal/Wired Transferred is required to secure the booking/reservation within 7 days.
• The remaining 50% has to be paid upon arrival, after payment the amount is 100% non-refundable.

Refund Policy

• In the event of a guest requesting a refund for their stay, we reserve the right to not refund the pre-paid nights.
• Once full payment had been paid, no refunds are allowed.
• However, refund is subjected to case by case basis.

In the event of early check out :

• No charge incurred if the hostel is informed 7 days prior to amended check-out date.
• A one-night charge penalty will be imposed if the hotel is informed less than 7 days prior to new check-out date.

In the event of cancellation of booking:

• No charge if the hostel is informed of the cancellation more than 7 days before check-in.
• First-night charge if the hostel is informed of the cancellation less than 7 days before check-in.

Group Booking (15 persons per booking or more):

A 50% non-refundable deposit + 5% transaction surcharge via Paypal is required to secure the booking.

• Full payment in cash only is required upon check-in.
• In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given.
• In the event of early checkout, no refund will be given.

Long stay (7 nights or more):

• A 50% non-refundable deposit + 5% transaction surcharge via Paypal is required to secure the booking.
• Full payment in cash only is required upon check-in.
• In the event of cancellation, no refund will be given.
• In the event of early checkout, no refund will be given.

Additional Information:

• All guests are required to place a refundable security deposit of SGD$10 per person or SGD$20 per room upon check-in.
• Missing/Damage of access key card; guests are liable for SGD$10 per key card.
• For the safety of all our guests, there is strictly no sharing of beds.
• Smoking is not allowed on the premises except for designated area.
• The hostel will keep the room/bed for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival, after which it will be released for bookings.
• If there is a delay in your itinerary, kindly inform us know through email bookings@hotelarmadale.com

• The hotel welcomes all visitors. However, for the safety and security of all guests, visitors are only permitted at our reception & cafe area.
• Guests can loan towels at a minimal fee of SGD$5 per piece, with an SGD$5 refundable deposit during their stay.
• The hostel reserves the right to evict guests or visitors should the safety and peaceful stay of the rest of the guests and staff of the hostel be compromised.
• The owners, operators, management, agents and staff of The Armadale Hotel accept no responsibility for loss, injury, damage or death to guests or their property, whether through negligence or otherwise.
